What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm, check-out by 9:30 am. For special timing needs write to us in advance: we accommodate when possible, and for corporate stays flexible check-in is part of the service.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in all apartments at no extra charge. We only ask that you mention them when booking.
How far is the sea?
The beaches of Porto Sant'Elpidio are less than 1 km away: 5 minutes by car or about 20 on foot walking down the hill. The seafront offers equipped and free beaches, beach clubs and a cycle path.
Is there parking?
Yes, private on-site parking is free for all guests. There is also a secure garage for bikes and e-bikes, with charging available.
Do the apartments have WiFi and air conditioning?
Yes, all apartments have free WiFi, air conditioning and independent heating.
Is the kitchen equipped? Is linen included?
Every apartment has an open kitchen with
induction hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Bed and bathroom linen are included; for long and corporate stays
extra changes and periodic cleaning can be arranged.
How many people can sleep in the apartments?
The
Two-Bedroom Sea View (60 m², two bedrooms) sleeps
up to 6, the
One-Bedroom Deluxe (40 m², one bedroom)
up to 4. Both types have a French-size sofa bed in the living room for extra guests.
Is there a minimum stay?
In high season (summer) a minimum stay of a few nights is generally required; in the rest of the year short stays are also accepted. The
booking calendar always shows available combinations in real time.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Booking on the website you choose between a flexible rate and a discounted non-refundable rate: conditions and cancellation terms are clearly shown next to each rate before confirmation. Payment takes place on the secure page of our booking system.
